June 24, Thursday, 7 p.m. – 8:30 p.m. on ZOOM
A first draft is more like the ingredients for a gourmet meal than the meal itself. It needs the fire, spice, and salt of revision to obtain its full flavour. But how do we know what it needs? By bringing creative instinct techniques into revision, we can find out!
Through a series of exercises focused on your own rough draft of a short story or novel, you will come away from this workshop, hosted by award-winning author Lauren Carter, with a better understanding of your story’s missing ingredients and what it needs to be brought fully to delicious life.
