Kenora Opera, Theatre and Beyond! • A Christmas Carol by Charles Dickens
Settle in with your favourite form of holiday “cheer” for a presentation of a live, online radio play featuring students of all ages from Kenora Opera, Theatre and Beyond! Reminiscent of the Golden Age of radio, the performance will include a lively combination of music and storytelling. The audience will have the opportunity to interact with the performers during “intermission” and after the play. This will be a view only webinar. You will be able to ask questions and offer feedback using the Chat function.

Kenora, Opera, Theatre and Beyond’s mandate is to create auditory and visually compelling performances through education and mentorship that enrich our students and community, with a focus on classical vocal technique and how it applies to opera and other genres of music (including jazz!). When Covid-19 changed the face of the world, Kenora, Opera, Theatre and Beyond changed with it and began focusing on radio plays, learning to use just their voices to bring stories to life.
We are striving to create a safe space for artists, participants and volunteers. Anyone disrespecting this space in any way will be removed from the meeting.
